Chicken breasts and thighs, with skin, no bone
Small round red potatoes
(adjust quantities to suit number of eaters)
in a baking pan,
lay down chicken
intermingle 2 inch lengths of italian sausage
top with potato quarters
sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt & pepper, bits of chopped garlic
drizzle with olive oil
cover with tinfoil
bake for one hour at 425 degress
broil until them potatoes crispy yum.
